Proactive Leadership: Lead with Focus and Intention

This workshop offers the fundamentals for defining and embracing your leadership role by providing an introduction to the skills that are essential for any effective leader, from defining your role, understanding leadership styles, and understanding the importance of interpersonal skills to bringing new team members on board, performance management, and problem solving. Sessions are highly interactive and address individual leadership situations with a personalized Action Plan at the end of every session.
Bringing a tremendous variety of leadership and management experiences to these sessions are facilitators Dr. Tom Conner and Donna Frankoski.
Dr. Tom Conner brings 44 years of experience in public school leadership, graduate level teaching, private business management, technology consulting, and national level leadership training to complement a dynamic TCL Proactive Leadership team at the New River Campus.
Donna Frankoski is a Registered Corporate Coach, having managed a small business for 10 years and training departments in a variety of companies; coached senior, mid- and entry-levels of management of small to large organizations; and facilitated organizational change workshops and strategic and implementation meetings.
Every session offers the opportunity to learn and practice these skills in an intimate group setting with leadership peers from a variety of organizations. Practice, role play, networking, survival tactics, and success stories will provide take-aways that will be immediately useful to you, your team, and your organization.
