Important Dates to Remember for 2010 Graduates

 

  • February 9, 2010 - Graduation Fair Student Center 12-6 PM-Submit graduation application, purchase cap, gown, and tassle, class ring.
  • March 22, 2010 - Deadline to submit completed graduation applications to the Student Records Department.  For more information, please call (843) 525-8209.
  • March 24, 2010Final day for cap and gown measurements to be submitted to The College Bookstore.  Cap and gown orders should be ready for pick-up approximately 2 weeks prior to graduation. Parking passes are required for graduates and their guests and may be picked-up along with the cap and gown order.  For more information, please call 525-8303.     
 
  • May 10, 2010 - Final day to pay all debts to the College.  If you have questions about monies owed, please contact the Cashier at (843) 525-8355.   Failure to meet financial obligations will delay the mailing of your degree, diploma or certificate.
  • May 12, 2010 - Mandatory graduation rehearsal for all marching graduates.  6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Parris Island All Weather Training Facility.
  • May 14, 2010 - Graduation ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m.at the Parris Island All Weather Training Facility. Graduates must be present and dressed by 6:00 p.m. sharp.
