TCL enrolls thousands of students annually in more than 80 academic programs of study, preparing them for careers that meet the needs of Lowcountry employers. In addition to the programs listed above, TCL offers nursing, massage therapy, early care and education, building construction, criminal justice, administrative office technology, business, and many more. In addition, students can complete their associate of arts and science degrees at TCL, and then transfer to a four-year college or university to complete their baccalaureate degrees

Affordability is a hallmark of all community colleges, and it’s no different at TCL. For South Carolina residents, TCL’s tuition for a full-time student is around than $1,900 per year, thanks to S.C. Lottery Tuition Assistance.** In addition, TCL’s Financial Aid office helps South Carolina residents secure other federal and state financial aid options.

Not a South Carolina resident? TCL is still a great option. We are now accepting students under DACA.*** Just provide your SC driver’s license or state ID along with your Employment Authorization Card, and you’ll be ready to start the admissions process.
