- Must provide copy of original SC C N A certificate.
- This course is for a nurse aide with a lapsed or expired SC Certificate. The nurse aide must have successfully completed an 80 hour SC state approved Nurse Aide training program with clinical included.
- If your certificate expired more than 2 years ago, you must successfully complete a minimum of 40 hours of a refresher course in order to test.
