This 40 hour course covers performance of scheduled preventative maintenance on heat pumps, air conditioners and electric heating equipment. Included are cleaning, servicing and operational performance tests. The student will learn safety, the refrigeration cycle, operational and function tests and basic electrical troubleshooting of controls.
