Entertaining with Hors d’oeuvres (August 11):
Hosting an upcoming party? During this 2.5 hour class, you’ll learn how to prepare delicious appetizers and hors d’oeuvres ahead of time so you can relax, enjoy the party, and please all your guests with a low-calorie, high flavor spread.
Recipe menu: Spinach Pernod Shrimp Dip, Taco Dip, Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms, Mini Beef Wellingtons in Pastry Dough, Pita Pizzetts
