Writing: Plot Twists, Turns & Tumbles

Posted by & filed under .

What one word describes why a reader turns the page? Tension. When writing and revising novels it is crucial to make sure there is enough tension to pull the reader through the story. This hands-on workshop will address techniques for adding plot twists, turns, and tumbles through dialogue, setting, plot, and character.

Participants will be asked to bring part of a work in progress with them to the workshop.

September 19, Thursday, 6-8p, Beaufort Campus
