Hilton Head Hospital Auxiliary presents scholarship funds to TCL

For the 17th consecutive year, Hilton Head Hospital Auxiliary has generously presented scholarship funds for  Technical College of the Lowcountry students enrolled in health sciences programs.


Lew Wessell, Chairman of the Annual Auxiliary Golf Tournament (far left) and George Vaveris, Vice President of the Auxiliary (far right), presented $15,000 to TCL Executive Director for Institutional Advancement Louise Mathews, TCL President Dr. Thomas Leitzel, and Health Sciences Dean Marge Sapp (center, left to right) on June 14, 2012.


Since 1995, the Hilton Head Hospital Auxiliary has given the TCL Foundation $328,128 in funds to help students in the Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy Assistant, Surgical Technology, and Massage Therapy programs succeed in their programs of study.
