Register now for TCL summer 7-week classes
It’s not too late to apply and register for the summer seven-week term at the Technical College of the Lowcountry. Register by June 6; classes start June 13.
Classes in the seven-week term include visual arts, business, computers, marketing, management, engineering, rapid prototyping, English, history, math, Spanish and more.
The seven-week option is particularly convenient for those high school students looking to enroll at TCL after the school year ends. Qualified high school students in Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper counties may begin as early as their junior year to receive college credit for high school classes through participation in TCL’s Early College Credit Opportunities (ECCO) program. This program provides classes to high school students in the four counties served by TCL whether attending a public, private, or home education school.
The seven-week terms also offers new high school graduates a convenient opportunity to get a jump-start on their college careers.
In addition, because many of these seven-week classes can easily transfer to colleges and universities in and out of the state, they are a smart choice for students who are currently enrolled in college elsewhere and happen to be staying in the Lowcountry this summer.
TCL offers degree, diploma and certificate programs in industrial technologies, business technologies, arts and sciences, and health sciences.
