The Student Records Mission aligns with the Student Affairs Mission by establishing that the Student Records Department will provide extemporary service and support to students. Our Mission is to collect, store, protect, and retrieve accurate student information that documents educational progress.

The Student Records office provides a variety of services in order to maintain official student records including grades, graduation requirements and official transcripts. The office also issues your free student identification cards (ID) and free parking decals on the Beaufort Campus.

Transcript Request Form

Students must complete the transcript request form. There is a fee of $5.00 per transcript.

Students who wish to pay by credit card may fax the transcript request form and their credit card information to the attention of the TCL Cashier. Students who choose to write a check, please make it  payable to the Technical College of the Lowcountry. Mail the TCL Transcript Request Form, check or money order to:
