The HR Office is available to Technical College of the Lowcountry employees as a resource about personnel issues. It is responsible for the administration of personnel policies and procedures of the College and the State.


MISSION STATEMENT:

“Human Resources at TCL strives to be a strategic partner along with administration, faculty, and staff in supporting the mission at TCL. HR staff take a leadership role in providing services that support the College by promoting and understanding the concept that employees are our most valuable resource. HR continually acts as a catalyst enabling all employees to contribute to the success of the College. Our mission is to provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive environment. We achieve this by emphasizing customer service based on consultation and communication with the entire College community. HR works with college administration, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to personnel, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action.”
