Veterinary Receptionist – ONLINE PROGRAM – The Veterinary Receptionist training program includes 328 hours of program training and is designed to be completed in 4 months of full-time study.  Everything you need to succeed is included in one tuition fee of $3,899. This program fee entitles you to an initial 12 months of access to the Veterinary Receptionist course, text/materials, and a voucher for an attempt at the certification exam is included. The program is designed to be completed in 4 months of full-time study, so 12 months of access ensures you have the time you need.  The Veterinary Receptionist program covers: Examination room procedures, Small and large animal nursing, Pharmacy and pharmacology, Laboratory procedures, Communication and client relations, Office and hospital procedures, Microsoft Office Software, Healthcare Documentation, Medical office procedures and management, and Practice finances. You will finish prepared to pass the National Healthcareer Association’s Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam. In addition, the training includes images, exercises, learning games, and a number of training videos to increase your understanding of key concepts and offer another way of learning the material. With training to become a veterinary assistant and a medical administrative assistant, you will also be prepared to work as a receptionist in any veterinary or medical practice.
