As TCL prepares to return employees to the workplace, the college is committed to ensuring our employee’s health, safety and well-being remains a top priority. HR will update this page with college return guidelines, tips, resources, and strategies to help employees during this time. As we enter the “phased approach” to return to our “New Normal” operations, we will continue to discuss what we know and will address any questions or concerns to the best of our ability. During this time the guidelines are subject to change as we continue to follow federal, state and local entities and the guidelines they present to the college and to our communities.
TCL remains committed to guiding employees through this time. Right now, we have to think differently about work and the way we are living our lives. Together, we will work towards success during this challenging time while we continue to keep each other and our communities safe.
