Nikki KellyRaised by two parents dedicated to the military, I spent my life traveling the world and picked up my love for all things culinary through the vastly different cuisine in each country. I come from a long line of women who have dominated kitchens in New Orleans, and I got my start learning the intricate nature of Creole cooking. It didn’t take me long to crave a change and get classically trained in French cookery at Virginia Culinary Institute. From there I’ve worked the past 7 years  in Resorts, country clubs and Hotels like The Westin Marriott, and The Landings Club before making my home in Seapines Resort where I rose through the ranks from Lead cook to Sous Chef.
