Things to consider before your request:
- Planning is key: Think out all of the elements of your project before filling out the form. Do you have a target audience? How will you involve other departments or the community in helping spread the word?
- Budget: Do you have necessary funds to complete the project?
- Deadlines: Project completion times range from same-day service to up to two months depending upon its complexity and our workload. Please allow enough time for design, edits, proofing, printing, and in some cases shipping and photography, etc. If you have an event you are wanting to promote, please submit your request at least 6 weeks prior to the event date.
- Proof, proof, proof: If you are providing us content, make sure it is accurate and complete before you send it to us. Accurate and complete copy requires fewer rounds of edits, less confusion and less overall time.
