The Technical College of the Lowcountry and the Agape Family Life Center have partnered to sponsor a FastTrac® New Venture course that will be held from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesdays, April 20 through June 22 at the Agape Family Life Center, 5855 South Okatie Highway, Hardeeville. Cost is $50 per student.

This ten-week course is a practical, hand-on business development program designed to help entrepreneurs and those aspiring to become entrepreneurs hone the skills needed to create, manage and grow a successful business.

Developed by the Kauffman Foundation, FastTrac® is a series of nationally known programs that uses class discussions, lectures and guest speakers to develop self-employment skills. In the New Venture course, students write a feasibility plan on their venture’s strengths and weaknesses, examine their proposed venture from every angle and work closely with other aspiring entrepreneurs sharing ideas and strategies while building future business relationships.
