TCL employee receives state association recognition

Marilynn Koerber, coordinator for Allied Health programs in Technical College of the Lowcountry’s Continuing Education division, has been recognized as Outstanding Continuing Education Professional by the South Carolina Association for Higher Continuing Education (SCAHCE).

SCAHCE was created in 1977 to represent higher education institutions across the state of South Carolina. The mission of the organization is to promote continuing education and respond to the needs of educators and administrators to better serve our students.

Koerber is the program manager for Allied Health in the Continuing Education division and serves as the Coordinator for the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Phlebotomy programs.

Rebecca W. Bass, Dean of Continuing Education commented, “We are extremely proud that Marilynn has been recognized for her professional achievements.”
