The Technical College of the Lowcountry Foundation Inc. recently awarded $30,000 in scholarships to assist 44 TCL students with tuition and books for the fall 2011 semester.

The TCL Foundation scholarship program is made possible by the donations of individuals and organizations in our community. These contributions aid deserving, qualified students in achieving their educational goals. The TCL Foundation has awarded over $1.7 million in scholarship funds since its founding in 1983.

In addition to providing scholarship assistance, the Foundation leverages private sector support to further enhance the College’s teaching and educational capabilities while supporting TCL’s vision of providing innovative workforce solutions.
