The Technical College of the Lowcountry will host its inaugural President’s State of the College Address and Reception this Thursday, January 21, at 5:30 p.m. in the MacLean Hall Auditorium at the Beaufort Campus.
“The mission of TCL can be stated quite simply: provide the Lowcountry with a ‘college that works,’” TCL President Dr. Richard Gough said. “I look forward to sharing more about this mission that is so vital to our community and our state.”
Gough will highlight the College’s recent accomplishments that include the opening of the Veterans Resource Center, an expanded aviation technology program, and the relaunching of the culinary certificate program. In addition, Gough will provide an overview of the College’s future goals that include developing an auto technology program and expanding the college’s logistics and CDL training programs.
