Students who have excess Financial Aid (Pell, FSEOG, Loans, etc.) after paying their bill will receive a refund. TCL has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver these refunds. Refunds are processed within 14 days of disbursement to the student’s account. See below for information on setting up your BankMobile account.

TCL has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid and other school refunds to TCL students.
BankMobile provides two options for receiving refunds:
- Electronic Deposit To An Existing Account
- Electronic Deposit To A BankMobile Vibe Account
All students will be asked to select a refund delivery preference from the options listed above. Here’s what you need to do:
- Update your mailing address
BankMobile will mail a Refund Selection Kit to the address you have on file with TCL. Please take a moment to login to Self-Service to update your address information.
- Look for the green envelope
Look for your Refund Selection Kit, it will arrive in a bright green envelope. It contains your personal code for making your refund preference selection.
- Visit RefundSelection.com to make your choice
Once your kit arrives, go to RefundSelection.com and enter your personal code to get started. Then simply select how you’d like to receive your funds. If you select the BankMobile Vibe account as your refund choice, you will receive a temporary virtual Debit MasterCard® to use until your physical card arrives in the mail.
