Program Description


TCL’s Civil Engineering Management certificate provides training in civil engineering construction management and construction management software. Graduates leave with the technical training to perform a number of jobs in civil construction projects such as inspectors, assistant superintendents, and material testing and acceptance technicians.

The 18-credit-hour certificate program can be completed in as little as one full-time semester.  Courses include construction materials and management; concrete, structural steel, and highway design; and project management essentials.

Certify Your Skills


This program prepares students to complete the Microsoft Project Certification Exam. In addition, courses cover ACI codes and AISC specifications.

What does this program cost?*

Tuition: 18 credits x $190 per credit = $3,420.

Remember, this is before S.C. Lottery Tuition Assistance and other financial aid, which could drop your costs by more than half. In fact, after financial aid, many TCL students attend for free.
