The 21-credit-hour Help Desk Management certificate can be completed in as little as two semesters, or you can complete classes as your schedule allows. Evening, online and in-person classes give you the flexibility you need.
Courses include professional practices, technical support concepts, end-user support, intro to workstation networking, Internet communications, security and more.
As a graduate, you’ll be prepared to handle a variety of technical, support, and help desk questions to assist computer users.
