Your transcript is the official record of all courses you have taken while a student at TCL. In accordance with the Public Information Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, as amended, student’s educational records may only be released with the student’s written permission. TCL has partnered with Parchment Exchange to provide online ordering, processing and secure delivery of TCL student transcripts.

**Parchment Exchange web services have updated as of May 12, 2021. You will be required to create a new Parchment Exchange account in order to request your transcript. Please note: If you had a Parchment account previously, you may still use the same email address to create your new account. TCL email addresses can be used but are not required.**

How to place an order with Parchment Exchange

The first time you use the Parchment Exchange website, you will be required to set up an account. You will need to provide:

  • Date of birth and last four digits of your SSN
  • Dates of attendance at TCL (you can enter approximate dates if uncertain)
  • Your name of record when you attended TCL
  • An Email address

Once you create an account, you will be able to sign in on future visits by using the Returning Users link. Please keep a record of your username and password as TCL does not have access to this information.

After you create your account, you will be able to order transcripts to be processed through several delivery options. Allow 3 to 5 business days for transcript processing. If you are a current student and want your transcript to be sent after the current semester grades have been posted, you can select the Hold for Grades option. If you are a current student and want your transcript to be sent after your graduation notation has been entered on your transcript, you can select the Hold for Degree option.

Please note that if you have a financial obligation to TCL, a hold on your account will not prevent you from placing an order; however, we will not be able to release your transcript until the obligation has been resolved.

Transcript Costs and Ordering Options

As of March 19, 2024, the price per transcript is $10.00. Transcripts are available in a digital format.
