The Bistro is completely run by students in TCL’s culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, and hospitality management programs. The menu changes each semester with the classes and the seasons. Join us for a great meal.

Fall reservations are now FULL.
Please email cisbistro@tcl.edu with one of the dates of service, number in your party, and phone number to be put on a waitlist.
Contact:
To join us for a great lunch and experience, please email cisbistro@tcl.edu with the following information:
- name, email and phone number of individual making and responsible for the reservation
- total number of guests in the party
- requested date for reservation
- the name of the guest with any food allergy along with the name of the allergen
Within two business days, you will receive confirmation of your reservation. If you have a party of 8 or more, please read the attached reservation agreement. The price per person for lunch is $35 plus tax.
