  • Easy on the wallet. TCL is the perfect place to pursue college at a fraction of the cost. With S.C. Lottery Tuition Assistance, full-time tuition is around $1,500 a semester.*(The average tuition and fees at Clemson run around $7,500 a semester and are nearly $6,000 a semester at USC.) In addition, many students qualify for other financial aid and scholarship assistance. In fact, many attend TCL for free.
  • Easy to transfer. TCL’s two-year Associate of Arts and Science University Transfer degrees are transferable in full to many four-year institutions in and out of the state – including Clemson, University of South Carolina and South Carolina State University. TCL also offers more than 80 courses that will transfer to other institutions.
  • Students matter here. Students are more than just another number at TCL: their success is why we do what we do. Small classes and dedicated faculty ensure all students get the personal attention they deserve.

*Tuition, fees and LTA are based on Fall 2020 rates and 12 credit hours. All are subject to change. Additional fees and expenses, such as applicable course fees and cost of textbooks, still apply.
