How to Pay your Bill:

 

To pay your tuition and fees online, log on to your WebAdvisor account. For a tutorial on how to pay using WebAdvisor, click here.

 

To pay in person, please take your completed course schedule and fee statement to the Cashier in Building 2- Coleman Hall, Beaufort Campus, or to the front desk at the New River and Hampton campuses for payment. You may pay by check, cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. The cashier will give you a receipt.

You can pay your expenses at TCL in three (3) monthly installments!

 

Summer 2013 Payment Plan:

PAY YOUR TUITION IN INSTALLMENTS

Sign up April 1 2013 – April 26, 2013

3 equal monthly payments due

5-10-13  6-10-13  7-10-13

 

Sign up April 29, 2013 – May 24, 2013

2 equal monthly payments due

6-10-13  7-10-13

 

Sign up May 27, 2013 – June 21, 2013

1 monthly payment due in full

7-10-13

 

The payment plan ends at the close of business on June 21, 2013 for the Summer 2013 term.

 

 

Spring 2013 Payment Plan:

Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option:

To enroll in this payment option, TCL students must first enroll through Virginia ‘Ginny’ Spencer in the Business Office at the Technical College of the Lowcountry. You must come by the office to enroll. Office hours are: Monday – Thursday   8:00am – 5:30pm / Friday 8:00am – 11:30am

 

Tuition Management Systems

The “Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option” is offered at TCL in partnership with Tuition Management Systems (TMS). This payment option requires a small enrollment fee to participate and includes:

 

1. Personal account service and counseling.

2. Automated account information available 24-hours a day.

3. Access to an account through the web site, www.afford.com/tclonline

4. And gives students a chance to win a Tuition Management Systems Scholarship.

 

Essentially, the Tuition Management System’s Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option allows students to pay their education expenses over the course of each semester through smaller monthly installments.*

*To pay education expenses monthly, TCL students must enroll through Virginia ‘Ginny’ Spencer in the Business Office at Technical College of the Lowcountry.

MyCAA Information

All MyCAA military spouse students MUST email, fax or bring in all approved TA forms prior to the published tuition payment deadline for each term.
