No museum would be complete without artifacts as they are tangible connections to the past. From old recipes to kitchen tools, the Foodseum is home to a unique collection from the South and beyond.
The Chef Miles Huff Collection
Special thanks to Chef Miles Huff, founding dean of the Culinary Institute of the South at Technical College of the Lowcountry, for seeding the Foodseum collection with his own. In fact, most of the items on display today are part of the collection that was donated to the Foodseum when he retired in 2023.
