The Technical College of the Lowcountry is excited to announce that the Educational Talent Search grant has been refunded through 2031. This funding will allow us to continue the work we do every day to support students and families across the Lowcountry.
Educational Talent Search currently serves 689 students in Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper counties. Our goal is simple: help students prepare for life after high school and make sure they have the information, resources, and support they need to be successful.
Through the program, students receive academic support, college and career exploration, financial aid assistance, college tours, and other opportunities that help prepare them for postsecondary education.
We are thankful for the continued support of TCL leadership, our partner schools, families, and community partners. Their support plays a major role in the success of our students and our program.
This refunding gives us the opportunity to continue building on the work we have already started and, most importantly, to continue helping students see what is possible for their future.
We are excited about what is ahead and look forward to continuing this work through 2031.
