Marriott’s Sea Pines – Resort Maintenance Technician III
–Must have a multiple trade skills – painting, drywall, HVAC.
-Must be able to read color charts and paint schedules from construction documents, coordinate with painting representatives, coordinate paint orders and pickups.
-Would focus mainly on exterior daily checklist and painting project of all 3 resorts in Sea Pines.
-Display the ability to train and mentor other engineers as necessary.
-Display ability to perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds.
