ZipLine Hilton Head is currently accepting applications for ALL positions for the upcoming season! We have part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions available. We train all our new team members during the spring on-site in preparation for our busy summer season.
Our shift supervisors are held to high standards as they are seen as a representative of the company as well as a role model for other employees. Our supervisors serve as the first point of contact for our guides. You will be responsible for not only following our policies and procedures but also demonstrating them and ensuring that they are being followed at all times. You will be trusted by management with a variety of duties including handling customer interactions, overseeing daily operations, and helping complete extra tasks.
Previous guiding experience is not necessary but is certainly welcome. All roles will require a high degree of interaction with clients, so applicants should be comfortable performing in a highly interpersonal work environment. Customer service experience is highly preferred.
We are looking for dependable and responsible applicants as our team relies heavily on each of its members for our success. Punctuality and reliability are extremely important for every role.
ZipLine Hilton Head is a fully outdoor facility, and all opportunities will require individuals who can maintain positive energy and comfortability in the outdoors regardless of the weather. Applicants who are not willing to spend their season outdoors during any weather conditions need not apply. Work here is also often physically demanding. Individuals who pursue an active lifestyle are highly preferred.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must weigh between 80 and 250 lbs
Must have full range of motion of both arms and legs
Must be in good physical health
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Must be able to work outdoors for long periods of time in diverse weather conditions
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must have good time management and organization skills
Must pass a background check and drug test
