A Creative Collaboration in the Tutoring Center

A special display in the Tutoring Center was created through the collaboration of current TCL student Iris Gonzales and computer tutor Noemi Adorno. The idea began when Iris invited the team to attend a mini-play assigned in her English 102 class, taught by Dan Herrin.

The performance was a great success! Iris, who portrayed Ophelia in Shakespeare’s Hamlet, generously donated her costume dress, play program, and photographs to the Tutoring Center. Noemi and Iris worked together to bring the memories to life, purchasing a shadowbox and carefully arranging and mounting the items to create a unique display.

This creative project celebrates student achievement, collaboration, and the lasting memories made at TCL.
