
Matt Belcher has joined TCL as a Psychology Instructor, he brings more than three years of experience in higher education, with a background spanning both faculty and staff roles. Most recently, he served in academic advising. Originally from southeast Ohio, Matt recently relocated to Beaufort and is excited to begin this new chapter in the Lowcountry.

Courtney Woods is a new Biology Instructor here at TCL and earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from the College of Charleston and an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from MUSC. A Lowcountry native, Courtney is excited to give back to her community by sharing her passion for science and inspiring the next generation of thinkers and leaders.

Evan Malcolm joins TCL as the Communications Manager after working as a freelance social media specialist, serving clients across the region, including small businesses, real estate professionals, authors, and higher education institutions. A May 2025 graduate of the College of Charleston, Evan recently relocated from Savannah to Beaufort to begin his career in higher education communications. Inspired by his own experiences as a student, he is passionate about storytelling and strategic communications that connect students with opportunities and help them achieve their goals.

Tiffany Horton is a new Financial Aid Coordinator here at TCL and brings experience in higher education, student engagement, and community-based services, supported by master’s degrees in social work and public health. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals navigate complex processes, access valuable resources, and achieve their goals. She is passionate about supporting students and strengthening connections within the community.

Korinna Dodd is the new Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education and a Physical Therapist with more than 13 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, she brings expertise in orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological rehabilitation, balance, and post-operative care to TCL. A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Korinna is passionate about clinical education and helping students connect classroom learning with real-world patient care. Originally from the Lowcountry, she spent 18 years in Colorado before returning to the area. A former dancer and Pilates instructor, she enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with family.
