NEW Hampton County Dual Enrollment Student

1. Apply to TCL here.
2. Test—Contact your High School Counselor: Mrs. Lauren Paul or Mrs. Sherrie Garvin for approval or recommendation.
3. Download and complete the forms linked below. Send the Dual Enrollment Agreement form to your school counselor for review. Send the Residency Verification and Registration forms to the Dual Enrollment staff member listed at the bottom of this page. You must use your TCL student email account to send the forms to TCL’s Dual Enrollment staff; click here to view instructions for activating your TCL account.

4. Attend New Student Orientation
   After confirming your Fall 2024 registration with Dual Enrollment staff member, visit the link HERE to sign up for Dual Enrollment Orientation (required for NEW DE Students) at the Hampton Campus, Thursday, December 5 (5:30 p.m.–7 p.m.)

Returning Hampton County Dual Enrollment Student

1. Complete and submit the following forms to your High School Counselor:
   • Dual Enrollment Agreement & FAFSA Waiver
   • Registration Form

• Orientation for NEW DE Students: Thursday, July 24, 2025
• Registration Starts: Monday, March 10, 2025
