Put your creativity to work in learning how to make amazing pastry, breads and cakes.
The Baking and Pastry Arts Associate degree program prepares students to serve as professional bakers and pastry specialists in restaurants or other commercial baking establishments.
This 66-credit-hour associate degree program features courses in bread and pastry making, bread and pastry handling and storage, cake and pastry decorating, baking industry operations, product packaging and marketing operations, and counter display and service.
Courses in hospitality management and marketing, along with an internship, round out the curriculum. Plus, this program is eligible for the S.C. Wins Scholarship, which can pay up to $65 per credit hour.

Program Cost
Tuition: 66 credits x $200 per credit = $13,200.
